Delete Your GOSHTGO Account

Option 1: Delete from the app (instant)

1. Open the GOSHTGO app and log in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are logged out.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app, send a request from the phone number or email linked to your account:

• Email: happyshadab89@gmail.com with the subject "GOSHTGO account deletion request", and include your registered mobile number or email.
• WhatsApp / Phone: +91 9752233210

We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 7 days, then confirm by email or WhatsApp.

What is deleted

• Your login (Google or WhatsApp phone login)
• Your profile: name, phone number, email, profile photo
• Your saved delivery addresses and location pins
• Your notification settings and device notification tokens

What we keep, and for how long

• Order and invoice records (items, amounts, delivery address used, payment method and UPI reference) are kept for up to 8 years because Indian tax and accounting laws require it. They are not used for marketing and are deleted when that period ends.
• Reviews you posted may stay visible without your name, unless you ask us to remove them.
